Reinterpreting Figures

Week 1 - Learn all about proportion, stability & design. We will take the time to sketch out what you would like to create as well as discuss firming options.

Week 2 - The practical introduction to coil making & solid construction

Week 3 & 4 - Is when we will develop the form & refine the shape of your coil pot

​

Week 5 - Comes the fun part of decorating the surface with slip application

​

Week 6 - Will bring your piece together by glazing the final shape

Surface Decorating & Slab Building

Week 1 - An introduction to the studio.

Week 2 - We will prepare the slabs & plan the construction of your 3D form using cardboard

​

Week 3 - Today we will construct you form

Week 4 & 5 - Comes the fun part of decorating the surface with slip application

We can’t all be a modern Picasso, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give Oil Painting a shot. All of our classes focus on the process, rather than the end result of art. Color Theory

Your New Masterpiece

Get your hands dirty with a fun and interactive Color Theory class today. All students love Color Theory and feel extremely accomplished after leaving. Class sizes are kept small in order to ensure each participant gets enough attention from the instructor. Color Theory class is also a great way to mingle and meet other local artists in the San Francisco community.
